The Problems And Countermeasures In Education Of Urban Migrant Children

With the reform and opening-up policy has been taken up, migrant farmers has emer-ged as an inevitable phenomenon, at the same time, migrant children's education be-came. As we know, migrant children are an important part of staff in our country. It is the responsibility of the entire community to educate them sound and effectively and it is related to the country's development and social progress. In view of this, the auth-or selected migrant children education problem as a starting point, in order to help to solve this problem, and this issue is studied from three aspects.This paper is divided into four main sections:The first part is the introduction, including background, purpose and significance of the study, research status, the research methods and theoretical tools and the defini-tion of several important concepts.The second part reveals urban present situation of migrant children's education, the school, family and society are considerated. There are some unfair phenomenon in admission opportunity, the education process and the evaluation of education in pu-blic school;the bad condition, the lack of teachers, and the poor management of migrant children schools;the family living environment, parents' cultural quality, family harmony degree is not ideal;the social education of children of migrant chi-ldren are also many problems.The third part discusses the reason of the system in causing migrant children educa-tion, that system barrier, the current education system restriction and the lack of the function of government, short-sighted of the urban, migrant children family impoveri-shed economy are the cause of this problem.The fourth part is on the basis of analysis and the reasons above. To get an ultimate resolution of this issue, we must reform and improve the social system, including the household registration system, compulsory education management system and other aspects, and give full play to the media and the community, migrant children parents should improve the quality themselves.
