Their actions indicate that disadvantaged is the mainstay changing and developing themselves. We should fully respect them to get what they want with their desire by going into their real life and listening to their voices.This article concluded that we should pay attention to the ethnic minority migrant women's living truth with "the reflective perspective". Starting from understanding, empower them on the basis of facing their different life and fully respecting their unique mainstay in order to make them voice, really participate and dominate their development,comprehensively understand and self fulfill.
