Education industry is renewing synchronizing with society's developing and progressing, besides more and more international, social and informational, which also challenges and competes the education intellectually and paternally. It is a new phenomenon of educational reform that information and technology are combined with education. More and more majors are dependent on the application of information and technology. It is also becoming a new opinion on current educational reform that applying modern information and technology with traditional teaching develops and advances our courses. Furthermore, this new application gradually makes a sole character, which not only innovate our main part of our curriculums and our students' study, but also produces a significant point in cultivating abilities on practice and innovation.Therefore, based on research on combination of information and technology at home and abroad, the combination theories of information and technology and mathematics at high school, even the significant and effects, I provided some solutions to the issues stemming from this procedure, such as teaching resources, teaching contents, teaching evaluation, teaching structure and so on., which are explicitness and abundance of teaching materials, self-improve. Teaching conditions, application of multi-media manner, teaching evaluation and self-exploration in new teaching pattern illustrates that applying with modern teaching methods will improve tradition mathematics teaching, will energize our class, will improve students'comprehensive qualities.
