It has become one of the most important aspects to reconstruct the classroom teaching against a background of pushing on the curriculum reform of the basic education.in carrying out the educational reform and the newly-made curriculum.Reconstructing the classroom teaching means that teachers should change their way of thinking of what teaching is and their traditional way of teaching maths to meet the needs of the educational reform,based on the ideals of the new curriculum.It also means that teachers should redefine the classroom teaching and make some necessary adjustment to the way of imparting knowledge so that the students capability can be developed. Reconstructing the classroom teaching includes the possible innovations in the teachers point of view as well as the innovations in the methods and the techniques used in the classroom.The thesis is made up of three parts.The first part begins with a general background analysis of why the topic as to how to design the classroom teaching for maths in middle schools based on the newly-made curriculum is chosen,its rational and its significance, then followed by the present situation of this study.
