The new curriculum is a new concept, new ideas, which for each of us, it is a new challenge, is a new beginning. To improve the high school politics teaching effectively is the inevitable question brings by the new curriculum steadily. To improve the high school politics teaching effectively, is to take the effective teaching theory and the politics teaching together, is to teach the students establish the correct values, is to make correct value judgments and the correct value choice, is to lead the students in the use of political knowledge in social practice, is to concern the students feelings, attitudes and behavior, is to use the open and interactive teaching methods and cooperative inquiry, to improve the ability of self-learning of students, to promote the holistic development of students. This paper is guide by the new curriculum idea, base by the high school politics teaching theory, based on the characteristics of high school politics course, refer to the relevant outcomes of effective teaching in our country and abroad, and also combined with my teaching cases, from the beginning of improve the high school politics teaching effectively, to explore the courses of the high school politics effective teaching in the status of the new curriculum. This paper is divided into four parts: Part I: based on the analysis and arrangement of effective teaching theory status in our country and abroad to describes the status of the high school politics effective teaching and research methods in the new curriculum Part II: to discusses what is the content, standards for high school politics effective teaching Part III.: to discusses the request for the high school politics and the problems and the reasons of the high school politics effective teaching in the status of new curriculum. Part IV: from the curriculum to life, effective questioning, change the way students learn, the default and the generation specialized teaching and teaching capabilities, we discussed the way of high school politics effective teaching in the status of new curriculum.
