This paper mainly pedagogy, psychology today for basic theoretical basis, combining high school teaching status quo in multimedia information technology teaching practice guidance discovery method under. First, high school students and teachers to has carried on the questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the high school mathematics teaching and analyzes the subjective reason and objective reasons, and practice of the problems and solutions, solving strategy, then, in the multimedia technology with guided discovery method to solve these main contradictions. Fully consider student's dominant position, the establishment conforms to "student-centered" teaching model--under the guide of multimedia discovery method mode. Finally, through teaching examples, give a specific teaching strategies for the new curriculum maths teaching to provide effective support.The author combines his 5 years of teaching experience, from practice to guide explained that under the law of multimedia teaching content, theoretical basis, implementation of programs and teachers in the implementation of the guidance role in the discovery method. The fundamental purpose is, under the new curriculum guide discovery method of teaching to do some exploration of the theory and practice, to adapt to information technology, network development of globalization in today's society.
