After reform and opening-up, China has established market economy, people's life style and concept of value there changed enormously, Chinese society has entered into the transformation period. Owning to environmental change, who born and raised after the reform and opening-up, the minors'moral values and adults'moral values and even social dominant moral values differentiated, thus it is imminent to Strengthen the moral education to the minors. However, the minors' moral construction is not only the minors'own problem but also the All social problem which is the responsibility assumed by from top to national down to every normal adults who have to participate in social life. This paper, based on the big history background of social transformation, is to survey and reflect on the Chinese minors'moral construction in the "inter-generational relationships" framework consisted of adults and minors.Through the author browsing a large number of data this paper expounds the definition and the settling time of China's social transformation, the definition of generation and generational relation, as well as the reason for the author concerning a combination of the new factors after the reform and opening. Due to gaping differences of traditional society and modern society in productivity level,lifestyle and transitional speed , generational relation also showed new features. The change of generational relation inevitably leads to the change of moral value among generational relation. From the beginning of reform and opening-up, china began to rethink the traditional moral values comprehensively and systematically, and to lead adults moral values to the minor's moral values. The moral values even began to be post modernization to a certain extent.Owing to the differences of social environment and education, as well as specialization in the mental and physical development, minors formed the moral values completely different from adults. The minors' moral values have some characteristics different from adults'moral values, such as indeterminacy,pioneer,duality orientated in the ideal and the reality, which brings many new problems to the moral education for minors. Especially after China's reform and opening-up, society has entered into the accelerated transformation period, the moral values conflict of minors and adults escalated, as well as in conflict and then continuously fusion, Intergenerational interact constantly were strengthen among two generations'moral values. We must follow era, grasp the minors ideological trend, change the minors' ethical education method and idea, to build one generation in the benign interaction mechanism, not only to strengthen moral education to the minors, but also to strengthen the leading values society education of adults. Only in this way, the minors'moral education can be improved in effect.
