The Research On The Construction Of The Government Efficiency In China

As the generation of the new public service theory come into being and the construction of the service-oriented government in our country, the performance of the government efficiency should come to a higher level. requiring that the government should not only have high efficiency but pay more attention to the government service quality and the satisfaction of the masses when conducting the actual work.In terms of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the government, it should not only consider the numbers and one-sided pursuit of GDP index but also pay more and more attention to the evaluation of the masses. For example, the "the thousand evaluation" activity was conducted in order to evaluate the government in zhuhai. Guangdong province. nanjing. jiangsu province, shenyang, liaoning province, xiangtan. hunan province, hebei province and so on. In practice, the public often complain the government without efficiency. Besides, people are always dissatisfied with the government's poor quality of service. The government efficiency problem has become a serious problem, which influences the development of the ruling ability of the party. Consequently, how to crack authority efficiency and then enhance the ruling ability of the party has become the urgent problems for the government to solve.In this paper. the author takes the construction of the government efficiency in Qufu City for example. Based on the empirical research, the author introduce the "do it right away" office's institutional settings and also the measures they take. But there still exist many problems such as low efficiency. and according to the problems, the author conducts the theoretical analysis. Meanwhile. the author predicts the development trend of the "do it right away" office and also analyze the feasibility of it. And according to the things referred to above, the author asserts that the existence of "do it right away" office is reasonable as a measure to enhance the government efficiency. Finally, in view of the rationality, the author puts forward the measures and suggestions to improve the "Do it right away" office.
