The Media' Ethics Problems On The Internet And It's Countermeasures

With the development of economy, the progress of information technology, network hasstepped into the People's Daily life more often. However, the ethics problem in network mediahas also been highlighted. These problems include all with increasingly fierce, the false news, thespread of violence and sex with information network, the network is rampant fraud, etc. Theseproblems have brought serious negative impact to people's life, and if not be solved, it willinevitably affect social stability and harmony, therefore, the network media, the study of moral isimminent.Economic development is inseparable from the progress of the network, and how to makebetter information technology for the social service, the mankind is faced with manyunprecedented research subject. Some web sites in the process of development appeared in theethical problem has been highly valued by relevant personage and experts. Based on the networkmedia morality as the Angle of view, the development of China's network media condition is thestudy. This article through to in recent years network media moral demonstrations on analysisphenomena, explores the causes of phenomena which lead to these demonstrations. Through theinvestigation concluded, the authors believe that some network media practitioners in the face ofeconomic benefits temptation, a serious lack of social responsibility, and make against moral,against conscience behavior, is the most important reason of network media to ongoing moralout-of-standard. Secondly, in the current popular Internet virtualization environment, people'svalues and self control can appear not clear boundaries of the phenomenon, this "self-disciplinemoral" weakening, is in the network, the influence of the lack of moral factors. Again, thenetwork environment loose, difficult to external code of ethics "discipline" is a network of moralnorms for another reason.Network media ethics construction can improve network media from standard, improve thequality of network and ensure that the public workers can get the correct orientation of publicopinion. This paper analyzes and discusses the network media ethics problems and reasons of thephenomenon, and the individual be representative of the network ethic events of multi-level andperspectives, research and analysis, and points out that we should improve the network mediaethics, network media workers need not only improving personal quality, also need to the jointefforts of the social environment. Therefore, this paper discusses how to build our country'snetwork media ethics network from three aspects: media practitioners from individuals,organizations and social network media, aiming at for the healthy development of China'snetwork media and the development of the Internet can provides beneficial exploration andresearch mode.
