As in our country, along withthe market economy gradually develop and perfect, business bribery from which emerged in theincreasingly fierce market competition seriously affected the normal operation of the order of themarket economy, destroyed the fair competition mechanism, increased industry unhealthytendency and fostered corruption phenomenon, producing an immeasurable influence on theoperation of China's market economic system smoothly and orderly.The perfection of legalsystem of social economic has an important role in promoting the stable development of economyand society, meanwhile, the stable development of society and economy proposed a more strictrequirements. The fourth part is thinking for perfectingour country commercial bribery law regulation, by strengthening the government management system, perfecting the enforcement and judicial supervision system of commercial bribery law tothe commercial bribery and enacting separate legislations for commercial bribery and so on, andthen realize to the perfection of commercial bribery laws and regulations.
