Legal Issues Of Liquidity Risk Supervision Of Securities Companies

The2008financial crisis has last four years, but the prevention and resolving of financial risks and the reaction and treatment of financial crisis still the urgent problem to the government all over the world, and the legal regulation to them is an important issue for the government administration.This paper analyzes Chinese legal regulation base, pattern, institution building and practical operation to Security Company and security market liquid risk management through law angle of economic law science.This paper focuses on how does Chinese government effectively regulate the liquid risk of Security Company. This paper using normative and positive analyses method, and has a research on the institution building of liquid risks regulation on Security Company. The entire paper can divide into six chapters:The first part introduces the motivation for the liquidity risk supervision of Securities Company; The second part describes the basic theory of the liquidity risk supervision of Securities Company; The third part introduces the regulatory practices of some countries and the core theory of the net capital regulation of liquidity risk supervision; The fourth section describes the existing securities liquidity risk regulatory system in our country; The last part, I give some suggestions to build an effective liquidity risk regulatory system in our country.In a word, this paper aims at introduction and analysis related theory and practice of liquid risks supervision, combined with the practice of our country, and give some rational suggestion to build an effective liquidity risk regulatory system.
