A Study On The Public Service Capacity Of The County Governments On The Background Of Province Governing County Revolution

The county government as a connecting link between the preceding and the following on the set of state power in our country, bearing the responsibility of carrying out the policy of the party and state to the villages and towns, as also as providing all kinds of social services to the majority of rural residents. The public service capacity of the county government is not only the key aspect of promoting the rapid development of county economy, also the driving force to promote equality of basic public services, urban and rural areas.Province governing county revolution is the major reform of administrative divisions, in order to adjust the relationship between cities and counties, also enlarge economic and social management rights of the county government. In addition, it promotes the rapid development of county economy.
