Research Of Graduate Social Entrepreneurship Under The Respective Of Employment

In recent years, with the growth of the number of university graduates, coupled with the financial crisis has not been eliminated, the employment of university students is still a serious problem. To solve this problem, the government builds and improves the employment environment, encourage them to start their own business to promote employment.The social entrepreneurship has been a new way in western countries with prominent social benefit and remarkable economic profit. In China, with the development of civil society and the economy, a huge number of non-profit organizations and public spirit of enterprise have emerged, and a variety of social entrepreneurship activities on campus flourished. All of these provide a new direction to the practice of social entrepreneurshipAfter analyzing the possibility of developing social entrepreneurship in China, a research of questionnaire survey and interviews give us a correct understanding of the factors which have influence on it. Such as:Students tunnel vision, lack of school support, and volunteer retreat and so on.On this basis, a few Countermeasures and suggestions have been suggested to improve the social entrepreneurship in campus from universities, governments and students.
