Exploration On Conjunction Of Ideological And Political Education Of University Students And Social Harmonious Society

The task of constructing the social harmonious society was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of CCP. It was the great strategic step made by the Chinese Communist Party to keep pace with the trend of the history and to promote the noble cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It deepened the idea of our Chinese Communist Party about the socialism with Chinese characteristics and its government. It was proposed to adapt to the new domestic environment and meet the international challenge. It was the inevitable demand to carry out scientific outlook on development and to construct a moderately prosperous society. To construct the social harmonious society is a systematic project. The ideological and political education of university students is a very important part of the project. Constructing the social harmonious society relates to the ideological and political education of university students. To know deeply the relationship between these two will mean a lot to the practice. This thesis analyses their conjunction in-depth. They have the same background, the same culture and the same idea of value. On the basis of analyzing the conjunction, the thesis proposes the idea of promoting the ideological and political education of university students by borrowing the idea of constructing the social harmonious society. It is intended to cultivate the successors for the noble cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the analysis, including the concept, characteristic of the ideological and political education. It also includes the concept, history and the meaning of the social harmonious society.The second part mainly discusses the conjunction of the social harmonious society and the ideological and political education of university students.The third part points out that the social harmonious society needs high quality students. We should borrow the idea of the social harmonious society to enrich the content of the ideological and political education of university students.
