On Civil Mediation System

As china's civil court mediation system to resolve disputes, conciliation has integration of emotion, order, and in a manner to resolve social conflicts, it has played an important sole in the maintenance of social harmony and stability. There have been some jurists against conciliation, but now been fully aware of the community mediation value, there has been a number of social factors contribute to the development of society.To change for mediation in the legal need the hard work of the judge, the lawyer and the lawyers, whether it is showed the value of play are based on the improve of the mediation. Structure civil mediation system is necessary to the courts and the public opinion environment.In this paper, I put forward a sound system for the specific ideas of mediation, in order to achieve the civil proceedings in the status to give play in a harmonious society.
