The Study Of China College Youth Network Participation In Politics

Youth network participation in politics is an effective way for youth to participate in politics as well as a new approach of democratic politics. Since it is clearly reported in the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that socialist democratic politics will be firmly developed, as one component of a series of democratic politics ideas, youth network participation in politics marks the deepening of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. College youth is the most representative subjects participating in politics on the net among the group of youth so college youth network participation in politics has a great influence on the development of socialist democratic politics in our country.Base on the perspective of the theory of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, this paper, based on Marxist historical theory and using the Contradiction Movement theory between productivity and production relation, economic foundation as well as superstructure, discusses the effect of science and technology on democratic politics, lists the characteristics of the construction of socialist democratic politics in Internet Era, and states the new development of the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. This paper defines and explains the conception of China college youth network participation in politics and according to the empirical research of Hangzhou college youth network participation analyses the current situation of college youth network participation in politics in three parts, including college youth's cognition and motivation, ways and contents, existing problems and suggestions of youth network participation in politics. The positive and negative effects of youth network participation in politics on socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics are revealed. And then, this paper puts forward guide suggestions for college youth network participation in politics from three aspects, including the leading optimization of government on network political and ecological environment, the leading normalization of colleges on youth network participation in politics as well as the progress of legal system building and ethic normalization together. What's more, this paper makes a further reflection of college youth network participation in politics from these aspects, including the wide application of new media, effective realization of deliberative democracy advantage, and the interaction between youth political participation in reality and network political participation and so on.
