Rational Regulation Of Network Behavior

Information era, the rapid development of network technology affects our lives. Its free, open and democratic characteristics, networks bring great convenience to people, to promote science and technology, social development, moral constraints due to fatigue, the absence of the corresponding legal system lags behind other reasons, the network is also filled with sex, violence, tort or crime and other non-rational behavior. These non-rational behaviors seriously endangering public order, to the party caused great harm. As a projection of the real world, networks of non-rational behavior will directly affect the social stability, orderly and harmonious development. In this paper, the characteristics of network behavior to start, for the performance of the network form of irrational behavior, seek the underlying causes of its formation, hoping to nurture civic culture based on industry self-regulation mechanisms and to strengthen moral constraints, improve relevant laws and regulations, thus forming a more reasonable and practical to network behavior regulation mechanisms.
