| In recent years, Chinese Communist Party has done a remarkable job in constructing an honest party and combatting corruption with the help and support from the public. Nowadays, Duty Crimes as the most typical, serious and hazardous social corruption have expanded rapidly and widely which are concealed, infectious and in gangs. However, the current investigation system in China targeting Duty Crimes is ineffective in many aspects. First of all, it is out-of-date with its single means; Besides, it couldn't provide a channel for the smooth exchange of investigation information so that it can hardly resist and clarify the interruption. Furthermore, it is incapable of dealing with the cross-district crimes and directing cooperation completely. Based on the analysis of the current Duty Crimes investigation integration, the author of this article puts forward the following constructive schema to further improve the investigation integration system. Firstly, we should build a service-oriented, complete, scientific and efficient self-investigation organization; Secondly, we should integrate information resources, perfect management and construct all-dimensional, multi-domain investigation information network. Thirdly, we should promote the ability to solve cases, expand and update investigation techniques, integrate human resources, enhance investigation skills and exploit our superiority in talents and science and technology. Finally, we should bring the investigation integration system into full play in order to upgrade the overall capability of our prosecutors in the investigation of Duty Crimes. |
