Research On Big Power's Responsibility In Process Of China's Rise

Reform and opening up for over 30 years,with China's overall national strength and international status of growing increased significantly,Chinese nation's rise is unstoppable . China should combine their own strength , assume corresponding responsibility of powers.China's powers is constructed by China's international duty,and the current status of China's international identity is developing countries that regional power into global power transition in the country.Big power's responsibility can be divided into domestic responsibility and international responsibility;International responsibility also can be divided into regional international responsibility and global responsibility,China has no abilities to bear responsibility like the United States,accordingly, Big Power's responsibility of China mainly displays in domestic responsibility , regional international responsibility and appropriate global responsibility.At the same time as a big developing country,China bear completely powers responsibility of resources and means is very limited,we must adopt the following principles:China undertake solving the big responsibility should accord with current and next time China's international identity positioning;Must comply with the national interests of China;Must be based on the strength of a country as the foundation;China's bear country duty is past and present liable to expand and deepen the international obligations.
