On Legal Faith

Today, the legal system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics has been basically formed, which means China's legislative work has achieved significant progress, but it is only the first step. It is formidable to construct the society with the rude of law. The life of the law has been implementing. And the key of law enforcement is whether the citizens can form the legal faith or not. Legal faith is a recognition and respecting to the value of law and the authority of law. In a society, if people hasn't legal faith, it is impossible to change into the country's tradition and spirit, even there more perfect law are made."The law must be believe, or it will exist nominally only."It is a society with rude by law but not rude of law, which if there is not legal law. But once people has legal faith, even the legislation situations is not so satisfactory, then it will be perfect under the legal faith. Because the legal faith, scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, judicial justice, keep the peace, which process of law can be better, and the value and the function of the law can be expressed.The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is the definition of legal faith, which is the basic argument of the thesis. In this part, the writer summarized different opinion of the legal faith and wrote out myself opinion. The second part is the theoretical foundation, and find out the scientificity of the legal faith. The third part is the law of practice, which analyzed the actual state of legal faith and the way to deal with the problem. Analyzed the reasons of the lost of legal faith in out country, and gave some opinion of the construction of the legal faith.
