| The pursuit of happiness is the eternal theme of humanity. To study on the subjective well-being, not only to reflect the progress in the field of positive psychology, but also to show psychology for the supporting role of building'people-oriented'harmonious society. At present, the academic research on SWB has gradually penetrated into different groups of people, but for this particular group of Army soldiers in SWB has been rare. This study aims at the construction of Army soldier's mechanism, for providing psychological basis for enhancing the cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of troops.This study selected corps of engineers, chemical defense and automotive soldiers of the North military region, which were tested a total of 406 people. The use of Chinese Urban Residents in the Simplified Version of SWB, Perceived Social Support Scale, Interpersonal Trust Scale, and General Self-efficacy Scale Surveying, and using analysis of variance, correlation, multiple regression analysis, dominance analysis, path analysis and other statistical methods to study on the characteristics and impact factors of Army soldiers'subjective well-being, and also discussed the impact of mechanism of social support on SWB. Of main conclusions are as follows:1 Army soldiers'subjective well-being, social support, trust, and general self-efficacy in the demographic variables are significantly different. Automotive soldiers'subjective well-being, social support and trust are significantly lower than the corps of engineers and chemical defense; conscripts of trust was significantly less than non-commissioned officers; The only child of subjective well-being was significantly less than non-only child.2 Army soldiers'social support, trust and general self-efficacy and subjective well-being are significantly positively correlated.3 High-support group and the low-support group, high-trust group and low-trust group of Army soldiers are significantly different in subjective well-being; high self-efficacy group and low self-efficacy group of Army soldiers in subjective well-being has no significant difference.4 Multiple regression analysis shows that social support and trust of the Army soldiers are the predictors of SWB. General self-efficacy is predictor of sufficient experience of contentment, confidence of the community experience, experience growth and progress, the target value of the experience and the experience of a predictor of self-acceptance.5 Dominance analysis shows that predicting subjective well-being of Army soldiers, the predictor variables in decreasing order of importance are family support, trust and friend support.6 The impact of social support and trust of Army soldiers by the subjective sense of happiness.7 The general self-efficacy can change the social support of effect on Army soldiers'SWB. |
