A Study Of The Cultivation And Selection Of Young Party And Government Organ Cadres In Zhangye City

The cultivation and Selection of young cadres, as a major part of the construction of cadre ranks, has a direct bearing on the prosperity of CCP. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct a study of the cultivation and selection of young party and government organ cadres in Zhangye City. In terms of theory, it is a tentative exploration of the experience on the city-level young cadre cultivation and selection in the western regions; in terms of practice, it is an intensification of the cultivation and selection of young party and government organ cadres in Zhangye City, which will help strengthen its construction of cadre ranks and promote its economic and social development.Firstly, the present thesis defines the young cadres and the theory on cadre cultivation and selection as well as makes a historical review and analysis of the history of the young cadre cultivation and selection since the establishment of CCP.Secondly, by using the qualitative and quantitative methods, it illustrates the young cadre reserves, their knowledge structure, educational and training backgrounds as well as the selecting-appointing mechanisms of the party and government organs based on an analysis of the social development and cadre cultivation in Zhangye City.Thirdly, it points out the problems existing in the cultivation and selection of young cadres in Zhangye City and analyses the internal and external causes for the problems.Last, it suggests some proposals and countermeasures on the cultivation and selection of young party and government cadres in Zhangye City.
