Application And Research In The Training Of Our Country Civil Servants By Qualified Quality Model

This article studies the problem of how to promote our country civil servants training effectiveness from the competent quality model Angle. Owing to space constraints, this article analyzes the causes of our country civil servants training effectiveness based on the macro environment and the microscopic processes. It discusses the competence quality model on how to improve the public servants training effectiveness role, emphatically from the competent quality working on civil service training process reengineering. And it analysises and reenfineeres these four phases including training needs analysis, training design, training and implementation effect of training transformation, training evaluation, based on the competent quality model. In order to make the theory in practice has stronger timeliness, meanwhile, in full consideration of the possible problems when this research theory is in practice, this article analysises and forecasts them from the two aspects including the establishment and application of the competent quality model in our country civil service training.
