Justice is the value of publicadministration and efficiency is the public administration purposes.Administrative justice and administrative efficiency is the overall unity of opposites,the two are inseparable. Administrative efficiency is ultimately the basis of justice and thefact that the main way, the Chief Justice is a prerequisite to achieve administrativeefficiency, but also the protection of our people to masters.
