The Implications Of The System Of Justice In The Public Administration, As Subthreshold Expression Path

The unjust system leads up to social injustice. The institution justice not only reflects social justice, but also protects the whole society against the social injustice phenomenon exits in every aspect of social activities. From the perspective of the public administration, this paper discusses the theoretical foundation of the institution justice, defines justice, system, and the system of justice, and points out the institution justice refers to the institutionalization of public administration, including the public administration procedures justice and the public administration entities justice. For this, this paper analyzes and designs the principle, content and evaluation criteria of the public administration system of justice. Then after analyzing the present situation of the public administration in our country, it tries to put forward the route selection of realizing social justice and the system of justice.On the basis of the full analysis of sufficient data, this paper carries on the scientific theory proof with the integration of inductive summary, logical reasoning, theory and practice methods, in order to enrich the study of social justice and enhance the value of public administration.
