As one type of incentive mechanism to the special public organization, the army reward system plays an important role in army's developing process, However, restrained by the existing problems of incentive system, the value of reward system in the management science has not been realized in the scope of army, the problems are displayed in the form of disparity between the designing intention and present practice. Looking over the public management science research,the incentive mechanism has always drawing scholars' attention. However,based on the existing material,we can know that scholars' attention always concentrates to discussion of incentive mechanism from macroscopic angle,the problem of how to improve the incentive mechanism in army attracts few attentions.Therefore, in this text, the author draws up Israel army brigade reward system is core, from five parts in detail analytical our country troops reward system of history origin and development and realistic status, explore current our country troops' incentive mechanism is enhancing the reason of effect shortage.One is an introduction part, mainly definitely choose the basis and meaning of , analyze a domestic and international praising research present condition, establish origin text research method.Two commence from the basic concept, analyze the basic concept and theory foundation of our army reward work.Three is to adopt a history and reality analytical method, analyze our army reward in detail the work faces of key problem and reason are analytical, the main performance weakens for guiding thoughting a wrong, encouraging a function;Giving award to item title is numerous, establish not scientific, cause reward of the predominant function is subjected to impact;Standard with be partial to all whole, cause the public opinion adjudicate confusion;Heavy spirit reward and light material reward, reward lack practical temptation dint;Want for strict of reward direct check and supervision mechanism, cause reward to carry out procedure to lack norm;The index sign divides the line a point not outstanding, cause in operation layer and aim at sex not strong.Four is case survey and analysis part, adopt the way of questionnaire and discussion understand, adjudicate towards praising the basic attitude of circumstance to carry on earnest analyzing to a certain government troops, put forward to improvement the our army praising of opinion suggestion.Five is at thorough analysis our country troops reward mechanism the foundation of place realistic predicament up, carry on reason analysis' asking for help from by expecting the usage to the public management theory knowledge to the present condition that is enhancing a mechanism, from the principle of perfect reward system, improvement reward system of strategy, perfect reward operation procedure, strengthen with improvement praise the aspects like counterplan,etc of work, realistic problem solve troops this public organization, finally look for troops to praise institutional of perfect way.
