On Internet Political Participation

This article stands in view of political ethics, trying to reveal influence of political participation on the Net to democratic political practiceThis article first discusses the inherent relationship between the human political life style and advanced technologies, then discusses the reality condition and the method which provides for the democratic political widespread practice, when networking appearance. Together, they constitute the content of democratic political practice. The third part is to recognize "Network of political manipulation" and " Network tyranny" which making by political participation on the Net. The realization of democratic politics is based on the fact that solving the problems which have happened. Finally, the strengthening of democratic political construction must strengthen subject consciousness, rights consciousness and responsibility consciousness of the people.
