A Research On The Online Anticorruption Mechanism Of China

Corruption is a cancer of society, constantly eroding healthy social body and damaging the image of the government. Anticorruption concerns the Party's fate and survival as well as the country. Throughout the ages, people put forward various kinds of solutions to deal with corruption, but until now the problem of corruption is still very serious and even appears more complicated as the development of society and the change of environment, which forces us to face the new situation and explore new ways in order to fight against corruption.With the development and popularization of the Internet, network media has become an important and powerful supervision by public opinion, which is characterized as convenient, transparent and safe, vivid and easy to interactive, making it become the sword for fighting against corruption and the golden shield protecting the social justice. Currently, all countries in the world focus on the network, and actively explore ways for establishing domestically efficient anti-corruption system. China pays much attention to the study of fighting against corruption through network, while it is still at the primary stage and there are still many problems that we need to have a further research. Analyzing current situation and mechanism construction of domestic and oversea anti-corruption, this article researches the current situation and problems of Chinese online anticorruption by virtue of entrustment deputy theory and system theory; and then it gives enhancing suggestions from following four aspects:completing legal construction of online anticorruption and promoting legislation of online anticorruption, perfecting establishment of institutions of online anticorruption and organizing the implementation of online anticorruption, concentrating on institutional improvement of online anticorruption and guaranteeing the order operation of online anticorruption, perfecting permanent mechanism of online anticorruption education. On this basis, this paper explores the situation and limitation of China's online anti-corruption. Finally it pertinently puts forward the solutions for improving China's anti-corruption through network. This paper focuses on using the Internet to prevent and control the corruption phenomenon on China's anti-corruption mechanism, possessing significance for practice and the value of theoretical reference.
