| With the rapid pace of China's urbanization and industrialization, migrant workers'flowing into the city along with their families is being unstoppable, which brings challenges to policy introduction, public service as well as housing problem, children education and social inclusion for migrant workers.As urbanizing farmers is crucial to industrialization, database contained 400 migrant workers has been analyzed statistically with EPIdata as well as SPSS, which reveals it is hard for migrant workers to have a harmonious and satisfied life along with a wonderful social interacting net. Besides, they do not have enough confidence to be urbanized.Through correlation analysis, what lead to low level of social inclusion of migrant workers along with their families are household registration system, absence of labor rights, lack of public service and houses providing system, preconception of the urban residents as well as low technology content of migrant workers. To improve the social inclusion of migrant workers, different subjects should interact and coordinate from macroscopic, middle and microcosmic view. On the macroscopic view, government should adjust act of state on the migrant workers and issue supported policies for them. On the middle view, government of towns and cities where export and import labor forces should create a comfort political environment for migrant workers. On the microcosmic view, enterprises which hire migrant workers should regulate related employment policy. Besides, active social inclusion of migrant workers is the fundamental condition. |
