Research In Chinese Universities Property Management Of A Number Of Legal Issues

Property management of university is a newly-rising industry in logistic socialization reform in our country. It is a unified professional management of property of a behavior that commissioned in the university by special departments or agencies, in accordance with national laws and regulations,management standards and contracts, which includes students areas, teachers residential areas and teaching areas. Now, the discusses on property management of university mainly in the university property management models and objects, but less in the legal issues .The reason is under the long-term administration mode, subjects lack of ideas about the equal and civil legal relationship and right awareness. This paper based on the development and legislation of university property management, discussing the common legal issues about it.This paper sought in the research of the main bodies and areas of university property management, in order to providing countermeasures and suggestions about legal issues of property management of our university. I defined the property management of university, and researched the legal relationship of it. At the same time, I searched the shortcomings of our existing laws, regulations and policy, and found typical legal issues of the three areas. Then through the analysis of the advanced experience of foreign countries, I researched the way to solve those problems, and tried to put forward my views about the current issues.Through this study, it will enrich and develop the theory of university property management system in theory, and broaden the field of university property management. Also, this study provided theoretical support for solving legal issues of university property management. After investigations and researches on the legal issues of three main fields, this paper will offer a reference for the future legal issues, and promote the development of university property management.
