It could not only transfer the liability risks of the policy holder but also provide protection to victims in time.However, environmental liability insurance is still in its infancy in china. In order to obtain the perfections of environmental liability insurance system in China, through the study on the theory of the environmental liability insurance system, the development of environmental liability insurance system overseas, the status and problems of environmental liability insurance system in China and so on, I could provide the train of thought and suggestions for the perfections of the environmental liability insurance system in China.
