There are all have rules in any social and system, even the development of market economy, also requires a system construction and establishing and perfecting the market main body consciousness of rules. Since the reform and opening up, China's economic developed rapidly, behind the prosperity of leader economic volume, our country'market gradually showed in institutions of imperfect and consciousness of rules on flaw. In the tempted of economic interests, all kinds of illegal phenomenon forested, and some have evolved into the market in operation of the hidden rules. In China's traditional culture and background, western marketing theory can not adapt to China's national conditions and practical needs thus evolved the unique Chinese characteristics marketing rules and way.Hidden rules is the rules,which free from the formal rules, cannot open re-acquainting familiar, norm of certain behaviors of informal rules. Our country in the multitudinous profession because system flaw, people in the mutual interactions spontaneously formed many informal rules, in business there is the same in many hidden rules, which influence the most is commercial bribery. Recent years, with the rapid development of China'enterprises and multinational companies are flooding into China, following the hidden rule in commercial transactions initiative or passivity, the market participants in the drive of interests has violated the basic business standards and morality.This paper studies the rules, the definition and function of hidden rules, relationship marketing and the development of anti-commercial bribery status under the background of our country, analyzes how to eliminate the bad influence of hidden rules and the consummation of our country'anti-commercial bribery legal systemThis paper mainly have four parts, the first chapter, for what are relations in our social, the relationship between the backgrounds of important significance is analyzed. Secondly, this paper introduces the concept, the function of relationship marketing and evolution of marketing concept in our cultural traditions; compare the relationship marketing between China and western courtiers. And developed hidden rules of commercial bribery The second part mainly analyzed from two aspects about commercial bribery. First, lists the commercial bribery in practice form of expression. Second, analyzes the commercial bribery of daily living harmfulness.The third part mainly analyzes the anti-commercial bribe system at home and abroad. First, introduce the construction of legislation system in the China; and then introduce the construction of legislation system in the United States, Japan and Hong Kong.The fourth part analyzes the anti-commercial bribery system deficiency of our country. According to the anti-commercial bribery deficiencies of our country and to other countries and regions of the successful experience of research are given, to perfect our country anti-commercial bribery system some suggestions. The legal system and the system construction is the norm and reduce the fundamental way of commercial bribery, at the same time the attention supervision and reporting system construction, establishes the perfect anti-commercial bribery system.
