Inner-Party democracy is the life of the CPC.Promoting inner-Party democracy is the Chinese Communist Party based on the situation,social conditions, national conditions,the world situation changes and conscious of the times,choose the adaptive adjustment and strategic plan.The development of inner-Party democracy,party members can effectively respond to the growing demand for democracy, strengthen the party's modern legitimacy.promote modernization of political parties in transition, improve the party's leadership and governance capability,no doubt promote the development of democratic politics.However, we must be soberly aware that the current building of democracy within the party still exist many problems,effective inner-Party democracy has not yet up and running in a wide range, the building of democracy within the party still has a long way to go.
