The Research On The Mechanism Of The Mass Incidents In China

"Holding stability in mass incidents" has been the first theme in China's current social and political life. This event will become the theme is not accidental, it is accompanied by a social background in which a rapidly from an agricultural economy as the main traditional industrial society to a pluralistic society changes. In this procession, there will be rapid changes in basic social factors, facing the imbalance between traditions of slow political and cultural the structure, which offset a direct result of the highly uneven distribution of social resources, and then resulting to conflicts. Since politics is the most authoritative means of distribution of social resources, this highly uneven and conflict will inevitably be reflected in politics. Finally the major theme "maintenance of stability in mass incidents" present in politics by a historical necessity.This problem can become an unavoidable subject in our political lives. The mass incident has not only increasing in a rapid frequency and expanding number of participants, but also more widely involved in different areas. This situation has become a serious impact on China's social order and the primary factor of social stability.This paper examines the profiles of the visual reason of the mass incidents at first, so as to define the conception of mass incidents and the research scope. The characteristics of the current administrative system, legal system set up, the inclination of the judiciary and the legislature's work,this four matters were analyzed respectively, for exploring the failure of the prevention of mass incidents in the political system. Under these phenomena in-depth political analysis and summary, this article tries to explore group the status of multiple events with the traditional Chinese political culture of the internal association, concluded that the current political system and social development, the status of divorced, and particularity of the objective environment in China to further boost the group incidents may be the intensification of the conflict there.
