Natural Disaster In The Protection Of Human Rights

Recent years, natural disasters are happening more and more, which made our people have to face so much pains and inconvenience, while suffering the home loss. How to protect the human rights of people that affected by natural disaster is a problem that eagerly to be resolved.This article started from the importance of protecting the human rights, and discussed the current situation; appealing the entire world to build the sense to consider about the protection of human rights of them. Then before and after the natural disaster, combing relevant general principles of international human rights convention, how could human right workers and governments to protect their rights, restrict and standard the humanitarianism. At the mean time, strictly restrict the restrain of political rights and protection the life and live rights. With guidelines and operational steps in the files of UN Inter-Agency Standing Committee, the author wanted to refine these steps and focus on the protection of these essential rights connected with human life rights. Peep the leopard to spot, so the protection of these social vulnerable groups people is the criterion of one state's human rights protection. This article researched individual rights of women, children and old people, hoping from these easily omitted parts, do protection their rights. At the end, the author hoping for the balance of the human rights protection and sovereign rights with a further talk about the relationship of them two.
