Chinese Modern Literature is in the time of "newspapers and magazines". With the maturity of periodical research, people have a better understanding of how the Modern Literature happens and develops. Literature prospect which is composed of important writers and works, thought movement, has replaced into the one made of literary societies and their representative publications. Such transformation, greatly enrich the imagination of new literature of other possibilities. At the same time, it appears in the form of group or regional powers, dividing the domain of Literature. People who are out of the group, for more difficult to categorize or delimit circle, like "broken, nothing that exists in the words", are easy to "be" disappeared into a dark world. However, the concept of literary group, in turn make people to rethink those who are not in the regional forces.Combined with the basic consensus that newspapers and magazines are important literary production mechanism, this dissertation will focus on HuangShang, as a representative of journalists. Because of their existence, a part of the literary works, controversy and anecdotes, and even the other side of literary author, would be appeared in the newspapers and magazines, and preserved later. Not only that, being an individual, journalist also considers himself as nobody when he records significant events in the great era. He has his own interest in literature:writing miscellanea, opening the column, with the time goes by, he can talk about the articles which are written.The name of the dissertation is "Another kind of New Literature:focus on journalist HuangShang", There can be divided into three parts. The first part will focus on freelance stage, which started from1938to the early40's. The second part will concentrate the period which HuangShang become a journalist in Wen Wei Po from1945to1947. The third part will focus on the situation of Wen Wei Po in1950. Anyway, This dissertation will describe the literary activities of HuangShang, wanting to open another horizon about Chinese Modern Literature.
