In Durkheim's work of/the elementary forms of religious life/.He divided the world into the sacred world and secular world two parts, such a division method is too simple and so absolute. Durkheim completely separated the world into two parts, denied a possible connection between the sacred world and secular world. This thesis is based on the material of my field work in Chandu Tibet2010, June^2011July and August.During these periods I visited20temples in Changdu and lived with lamas from Bangda temple of Changdu. The thesis mainly studied the daily life of the lama in Changdu Bangda Temple. The whole thesis is divided into two parts to discuss the relationship between the sacred world and secular world and how the two parts convert from each other. Through the first part the thesis analyze the religious life of lamas who lived in Banda Temple and in the ordinary family life of lamas in order to expound the relationship between the sacred and secular. In the second part of the article is about the lama's life under the modern media's influence and analyze how lamas use these media to further explain how the sacred world and the secular world convert from each other. The final part of this thesis made the summary statements of explaining the relationship of the sacred world and secular world and how the two worlds convert from each other. Finally shows that the final research goal is to break old ideas of the sacred world and secular world are opposing to each other and restore a real relationship of the sacred world and secular world. The author assumes that, if the government has such understanding it will solve some sensitive political issues more efficient.
