Mo-tse is a well-known thinker, educator, scientist and military strategist, also a social activist of the Waning States period, and a founder of the Mohist school. Mo-tse founded the Mohist doctrine, and "Mo-tse," a book handed down for two thousand years. Mo-Tse is the first philosopher who was only a peasant, he has a significant influence on Mohist. The main contents of his thoughts are universal love, non-attack, respecting the talent, thrifty, anti music and the heaven. Mo-tse had a "Where the people mourning, creeping to save the feelings "mind, and he was willing to sacrifice his life for these people's own claims, who had been running to realize this goal for decades, regardless of hard work. There is an ideal in his mind that one must not just to say words with mouth, or just stick to the silk manuscripts of the booklet, but to use one's life to practice, to do goods. This paper does not explore the authenticity of the "Mo-tse", a problem-based text, however to the existing "Mo-tse" to explore the hidden meaning of the article word to find a real gem directly.The Mohist school starts their thoughts from an emphasis on utilitarian, and has a first ethical category thought history about "motive" and "achievement" in China. They believed that the moral evaluation of behavior should be higher than one's words, so motive and the effect of ideological factors are not so important. On the issue of how to implement the ethical principles, Mo-tse underestimates the rational consciousness of the moral subject, emphasizes the external sanctions. Moral sanction in addition to the reward and punishment, such as public reputation, which are from the more important entity, the authority of "Heaven'. It makes his ethical thinking on some kind a mystical existence. Mo-tse's thought embodies in opinions such as to promote the talents, universal love, anti-war, non-music. Its doctrine is not only a par from the Confucian school in the Pre-Qin period,but a transitional system and a evolution of Pre-Qin important impacts from other schools. Even today, some of the ideas can still be built as part of our diverse cultures and new ethics useful resources.The main structure of this paper is as follows:The first chapter discusses the Mohist's accomplishments and their theories of Human Nature, the study and elucidation of the chapter contents recorded in the "Mo-tse"; Chapter Ⅱ deals with the respecting the talent' thoughts with the political and ethical perspective, to explore the relevance and value of these claims; the third chapter studies the Mohist frugal thinking and anti-war and the universal love opinions, to explore these ideas' impacts on the reality; Chapter Ⅳ researches the ethical thinking in other chapters of the text of the "Mo-tse" book; the last chapter mainly talks about Xunzi's criticism on the Mohist school, and Mo-tse's criticism on Confucian school. By comparison, it can have a better understanding about the ethical thoughts in the "Mo-tse" book.
