China's economy sustained rapid growth and China's deeply continued global opening up, dramatically increases learning Chinese language demand all around the world. That set the Global Chinese language teaching and Chinese language promotion in rushed progress. For targeted specific countries and regions, conducted researches and analysis is not only to help identifying existing deficiencies and problems, it is also an important issue for further accelerate the promotion of local Chinese teaching.As one of the leading members of the five Central Asian countries, the Chinese communication and Chinese language education present situation achievements in Kazakhstan comparing to others has great significant reference applied results. Almaty, as the nearest big city in Kazakhstan to China, has been the center of the Chinese language teaching. For its qualified teaching and the increasing number of its students, it has been considered to be the best place to learn Chinese in the country. This article is based on the author's practical experience of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in Almaty, and mainly using questioners and interviews to investigate and analyze the current situation of teaching Chinese in Almaty's four universities.The study consists of three chapters:the first chapter included the object of study, research methods and research purposes. The main body of this article is the second chapter. Section one explained the research tools, data collection and processing of detailed instructions, section two, three and four is the main part of the research. It describes Almaty City University teaching Chinese overall profile, teacher's status, and the investigation and analysis of the current situation from three deep perspectives, the third chapter organizes the previous contents as reflected by the study. Finally, some feasible suggestions had been proposed.
