Idiom is the hyponym conception of idiomatic phrases, which is used widely in daily life and has its own pattern. Different from the other idiomatic phrases, idioms remain original meaning can be used in written materials flexibly, and most of them are also used in spoken communications. They can express rich social life that people experience. Idioms are also the result of spiritual culture of a nation.Humam physiological organization is similar, so you can find physical idioms are used in each language in the world. The purpose of this research is further studying the phenomena of enlarged meaning about the physical idioms of both Chinese and Korean by comparing the physical idioms of this two countries, and we can understand the real cultural meanings and thinking features about the phenomena.There are lots of physical idioms are used to express their feelings, behavior, situations in both Chinese and Korean. This research shows the differences of physical idioms between Chinese and Korean by comparative and analyzing the specific idiom of the body.This research studies the idiom according to different body parts, including eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hands, and feet. And it figures out the characters of the idiom meanings in the aspect of the feeling emotion, behavior, situation and the grammar, and compares and analyzes the features of their meanings based on the definitions of them in dictionaries. Finally it summarizes the differences between Chinese and Korean about the physical idioms.
