The specific mental health researches on students are relatively less in military management college. As students in People's Armed College for national defense reserve force, the influence of educational environment on their psychology and life is rarely involved in the previous studies. The students'life satisfaction is significant to their future work and learning. Therefore, combined with the previous studies on common college students, this thesis takes 417 college students in People's Armed College of Hebei University for example, Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS), Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU) and General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) used as measuring tools, SPSS for the survey data, in order to evaluate the present situation of the students'emotional intelligence, parenting style and subjective sense of happiness, and further explore the relationship among the above three factors. The following is the major conclusion.1. The general situation of students'emotional intelligence in People's Armed College is not obviously different from other studies. But in the gender dimension, the emotional self-management of girls'emotional intelligence is obviously higher than boys'; in the source dimension, there is no obvious difference between urban students and rural students; in the family structure dimension, the scores of the only child's emotional expression are obviously lower than those of non-only child.2. In students'parenting style in People's Armed College, they experienced more parents'emotional warmth and understanding. But in the gender dimension, partial factors have significant gender differences. Boys'scores are obviously higher than those of girls in father's severe punishment, father's refusal and denial, but girls'scores are significantly higher than boys in father's over-interference, over-protection and mother's over-interference and over-protection; in the source dimension, the urban students'scores are obviously higher than rural students'in father's over-interference, refusal and denial, mother's preference; in the family structure, the non-only child's scores are significantly higher than only child's in father's emotional warmth and understanding, mother's emotional warmth and understanding.3. The overall situation of students'subjective sense of happiness in People's Armed College is not obviously different from other studies. But there are still differences in individuals. In the gender dimension, boys'subjective sense of happiness is obviously higher than girls'; in the source dimension and family structure, there is no obvious difference between urban students and rural students, the only child and non-only child.4. In People's Armed College, there is the relation between students'emotional intelligence and father's rearing style, emotional intelligence and subjective sense of happiness, father's rearing style and subjective sense of happiness. Father's active emotion towards his children can enhance emotional intelligence; on the contrary, father's passive emotion can reduce the emotional intelligence. The level of emotional intelligence can influence the individual's subjective sense of happiness, father's active emotion also influences the subjective sense of happiness; the emotional intelligence is related with mother's rearing style, the emotional intelligence with subjective sense of happiness, mother's rearing style with subjective sense of happiness. Thus, we can see mother's active emotion can enhance the emotional intelligence; mother's passive emotion can reduce emotional intelligence. The level of emotional intelligence can affect the individual's subjective sense of happiness, however, mother's active emotion can enhance the subjective sense of happiness, and mother's passive sense of happiness can reduce the sense of happiness.5. In People's Armed College, students'emotional intelligence together with parenting style influences students'sense of happiness, in which the emotional intelligence as independent variable, parenting style as moderating variable, can predict the dependent variable——students'subjective sense of happiness in a way. In parenting style, father's emotional warmth and understanding, mother's emotional warmth and understanding, mother's severe punishment all can predict the emotional intelligence to a certain extent.
