| Urban Historical geography of China, is an important branch courese of Chinese human geography. Bound in formation and development by a number of factors, city is a complex compound objet, so city has become an important part of the study of many subjects.Under the guiding of theories in History and general theories of commercial geography evolution, this article analyzes pictures and data of Changchun city in the past. The period is about a hunderd year between the city emerges and after. This article summeries and returns the development of Changchun city to original state,and shows the evoltion process of the commercial distract in Changchun.According to analysing the historical data and explanation of historical maps, for the purpose that it can make some applications,this article concludes some profitable experience to promoting the development of Changchun city, so we can know more about Changchun.This article is divided into five parts.From the first part to the fourth part, the presentation is about the history of commercial geography evolution of Changchun city, nearly 150 years between the origination of this city to 1945. At the same time, it shows us the reasons to dividing the city and urban planning thought of this city. Especially afer the Middle east railway was built, the railway has more influence to this city, urban business has gradually flourished. The last part is about the summary of Changchun commercial district evolution.
