On Mencuis's People-oriented Thought

People-oriented thoughts is a kind of traditional Chinese Confucian traditional culture, rooting in about Yin and Zhou Dynasty, when there wasn't this parlance of People-oriented thoughts .However, based on summarizing the experiences and lessons of Yin People's changing Dynasty , Zhou People saw people's great effects, therefore cared about people's needs and interests. Civilian-oriented thoughts possessed some prototypes after the development during Yin and Zhou Dynasty. "Cherishing people", "Regarding people", "Educating people" and other measures proposed by Confucius are concerned about the life of people During Spring and Autumn Dynasty. Therefore, Confucius put the benevolent policies forward to manage the state and people. After the summary of the Mencius, the theory of people-oriented had a certain development . At that time, Mencius pay more attention to the fundamental interests of people, because Mencius thought if people's life was despised, and the interests of people were damaged , social unrest would rise , and meanwhile it would shake the ruler's status. So mencius stressed people's strength heavily. At the same time the implementation of the people-based thought would play an important part in stabilizing the country and developing people's life.In mencius's civilian-oriented thought, we emphasized Personalistic thought's effect on people-based thought ,which is the theoretical basis of people-based thought and plays a positive role in for personal cultivating one's morality and raising a gender.From the origin of the people-based thought, this paper analyses the bud of the people-based thought at that time, the author , and then studies the people-oriented thought of Confucius.Confucius's civilian-oriented thought developed in the ideological premise of benevolent government.Through the deepening of Confucius' benevolent thought, mencius' studied further and analysed the content of the people-based thought meticulously, studied the theory of human nature is how to become the theoretical foundation of people-based thought, ultimately enhanced individual morality and quality through the cultivation of human thought .
