During the late 19th century and the early 20th century, the revolutionary party led by Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and the royalist party led by Kang Youwei begin to go to Singapore (its anther name is Xingzhou) to start the newspaper constantly and strive for the support of overseas Chinese respectively. Singapore Chinese Morning Post (1909.8.16-1910.11.1), which is started by Zhou Zhizhen and Xie Xinzhun who are members of Singapore chapter of Tong Meng Hui plays an important role in revolutionary propaganda and becomes the only revolutionary propaganda institution of the revolutionary party in Singapore after Chong Shing Yit Pao ceases to appear. Its sales in Nanyang is so large and its revolutionary propaganda effect is very obvious.This paper focuses on Singapore Chinese Morning Post. In the first place, the paper discusses the background of its establishment. In the second place, the paper introduces its starting process and its layout settings. In the third place, the paper analyses its revolutionary propaganda by its editorials. At last, it is the evaluation of Singapore Chinese Morning Post. In a word, Singapore Chinese Morning Post plays an important role in the revolutionary propaganda, striving for the support of overseas Chinese and promoting the outbreak of the 1911 Revolution , but at the same time, it also has some historical limitations.
