Personal Striving is a kind of individual behavior based on the effort of get one's objectives, between in one's motivation and objectives. Much research shows that Personal Striving has important direct impact for Well-Being. Self-efficacy on behalf of one's own cognitive of ability, is one of their own capacity of faith to complete a task or work, direct effect on people's thinking, motivation and behavior, number of research confirm that self-efficacy has important effect for Well-Being. The study focused on Investigate the relationship of Personal Striving, Self-Efficacy and Well-Being. In this study. Data were collected by means of there questionnaire of "Multiple Happiness Questionnaire", "Striving Assessment Scales'" and "General Self Efficacy Scale", select 270 employees between the ages of 18-35 years old in Xian city for the survey. Use SPSS13.0 and LISREL87.0 statistical software for data analysis. The results are as follows:1 young employees of women's subjective well-being significantly higher than men; different levels of education of young employees'self-efficacy, personal Striving and Well-Beings are significantly different; different length of service of the young employees'self-efficacy, happiness index and psychological well-being significantly different; different positions of young employees'self-efficacy and personal Striving level there are significant differences.2 Young employees of self-efficacy and psychological well-being was significantly associated; self-efficacy are significantly related with clarity of personal Striving, Likelihood of success and past achievements; clarity of personal Striving, Likelihood of success and past achievements are significantly related with psychological well-being; past achievements are significant correlated with subjective well-being.3The optimal model of Personal Striving, Self-efficacyand Well-Being is: personal Striving have direct positive influence on the psychological well-being, self-efficacy plays fully mediating role of the relationship in which personal Striving positive effect on psychological well-being. This result of this study shows Personal Striving and self-efficacy are two important factors that effect employee's well-being. Management staff can identify strengths, enhance their self-efficacy; to develop self-employment and life planning; also concerned about the pursuit of material and spiritual workers, etc. to enhance young people's well-being of employees, making it play a greater role, to stimulate their creativity and enthusiasm for the enterprise development contribute to greater strength.
