On the other hand, the formalistic culture element is now appearing as multivariate economic value forms, which refers to the economical culture and curial economization. Due to this background, developing the culture industry is the global tendency. The standard of culture development is getting more and more important and turning into a new index of a country's economic power. Countries are successively make strategically plans to develop domestic culture industry in order to encourage economy development and increase international competitiveness. For the moment, USA culture industry is still in the highest market share at about 41%.For a long time, Korea has considered agriculture and heavy industry as leading industry.
