Currently there are some problems: First, the concept of negation and negation Scope do not form the aggred opinion; Second,the relationship of negation focus and negation scope have not exact location; at the same time, the number and criteria of negation focus is uncompromised.In recent years, cognitive linguistics has an rapid development.Cognitive linguistics approach has been accepted by more and more people.This paper uses the methods of cognitive linguistics, with the psychological factors study of users,with the research related fields at home and abroad frontier. Determine the structure of positive and negative structural linkages and confrontation, and to expand their field of study.Negation scope has three main aspects:First,the regulars of negative word with different negative way in different negative scope;Second, the location relationship between negative focus and negative scope; Third,the factors which have impacts into negative scope. Through we discuss about above three aspects, and clearly define negative scope and negative focus, we hope to outline a basic cognitive framework of negative scope.
