Zi Chan, the outstanding administrative ruler of Zheng state in the Late Spring and Autumn Period . He undertakes the historical commission under challenges home and abroad of Zheng, which he summarizes"the state is small but dredging ,and the country is large but servicing". Then Zi Chan carries out some political measures to reform and takes flexible diplomatic policies, ultimately caused Zheng embarks on a track of steady development. As a great thinker and statesman, Zi Chan takes what measures to respond the social turbulence in the Late Spring and Autumn Period , makes him a typical case to explore the social changes of Spring and Autumn Period.Article minute four major parts. The first part discusses the significance and research method of this paper, then sorts out the history of academic, finally, analysis of the innovative points and significance of this article.The second part explores some questions in dispute involves Zi Chan's origin, lineage, birth and death year, political position, so as to clearly understand the life experiences of Zi Chan. The third part shows Zi Chan's important things in time sequence ,that based on ZuoZhuan, to representation his life inquiry and the characteristics of social transformation in Zi Chan from overall perspective. The fourth part studys Zi Chan's governs Zheng's stratery by coordinating it with historical background.In a word, as a stateman of the specific historical period, Zi Chan's successful political practices and advanced ideas, not only makes Zheng embarks on a track of steady development but also refracts the times feature. Therefore the study on Zi Chan's governs Zheng's stratery has strong practical meaning and profound theory value.
