Discussion On The Poetry Of The Tang Dynasty Ode To The Moon

Tang Dynasty is an open, diverse and compatible dynasty, which is also the poetry of kingdom. Quan Tang Poetry has nine volumes, containing more than 48,900 poems, most of which are the ones in praise of the moon. The moon is the image often used in ancient poems, having rich symbolic connotation. The ancient ancestors tend to form the way of thinking, emphasizing maternity, like mental peace and peaceful life situation, because of fearing the natural power, the worship of the primitive reproduction, and with the influence of matriarchal society.
