As cult organizations, there must be an effective internal organization and system. As the most intuitionistic external entity of the religion, temples are places for expressing religious beliefs and important organization inheriting and spreading the religious culture, setting education, economy, religion and politics as an organic whole. But a set of effective internal organization and system is the basic point which maintains monasteries orderly and cult organizations perfect. As a group of women, the nuns not only belong to religious research category, but also one of the objects of women study issues. This paper takes the nuns of"Gedanxingfayuan"in LhaBrang area in Gansu province as an example, stating the result of researching the temple's current circumstance, economy, and the nuns'personal income and also the life of Buddhist nuns and the basic condition for Buddhist religious activities. In summary and fully absorbing the previous related research results based on field survey, taking the first-hand information obtained mainly, combined with historical literature,this paper states from the angle of Cultural Anthropology and Religious Sociology the current life circumstance of nuns in Lhabrang region. And based on the research of the nuns, this paper analyzes the reason for this group of modern people to enter into religion and the organization management of the temple, also the importance of the nuns and monks in religions.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter, mainly elaborated for introduction for the article to expatiate the purpose and significance of this topic, and related research situation.The second Chapter is the profile of the temple of"Gedanxingfayuan"about the origin, background to introduce the temple from economy and organizational management system.The third chapter is the life situation of Lhabrang nuns. The author introduces the life situation from their diet, living patterns and learning, practice and so on.The fourth Chapter is the attitude to life, through field work and interviews, the author investigates the nuns'tonsure psychology, living conditions and religious ambition.The fifth chapter is the conclusion for this part.
